Service Description

**DUE TO THE OVERLOAD IN NEW CLIENTS, LOC INSTALLATIONS ARE CURRENTLY DISABLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE** Sisterlock/Brotherlock consultation is the first step of your package. Hair must be washed and air dried with no manipulation or added products. Fee is non-refundable, but it will be applied to your package price if you decided to proceed with your Sisterlock/Brotherlock installation. **pricing valid for 60 days, without alterations to the hair** any permanent chemical services terminates pricing, and another consultation will need to be book before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives ample time to be able to schedule another appointment. Cancelations under 24 hours are deemed as a "no show." (exeptions to emergencies) NO SHOW - Clients who fail to show or call for appointments will be charged full price before resuming any services at Glory by Nature, LLC, and may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
