Salon Rules & Policies

All appointments scheduled will to be confirmed with a non-refundable service deposit. If the service deposit is not paid within 24hrs, we will cancel your reservation to accommodate other scheduling possibilities. Service deposits can be used for one appointment reschedule. Please be on time to your appointment. We understand that things happen. In the event that you will arrive late, please call or text ahead of time to notify. You will have a courtesy of 15 minutes to arrive to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 late fee. If your service will interfere with the next guest, you will be charged $35 fee and will have to reschedule.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Canceling under 24hrs will be deemed as a no show. (exceptions to emergencies). No shows are subjected to pay full service price.
Glory by Nature,LLC reserves the right to require a deposit for all services rendered(deposit amounts vary upon services). Specialty service such as, Prothetics, SisterlocksTM, Loc Extensions, etc) deposits must be paid to secure your appointment. If your deposit is not received in the stated time frame, your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable if under $100. Deposits over $100, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded for such cancelled appointments. All deposits will be applied to towards your final payment the day of your service. Rescheduling must be done before 24 hours of scheduled appointment(see Rescheduling of Services below).
Glory by Nature, LLC wants to provide a pleasant experience for everyone. Guests will only be allowed on case by case basis. There are to be no guests with Sisterlock servicing to ensure we stay within the Sisterlock regulations and guidelines.
We accept children as clients, however, we ask that your child be at least 6 years of age and have the maturity to sit long enough to have their hair serviced. We require that you accompany children under the age of 10 while they are being serviced. In the event that your child is unable to tolerate having their hair serviced, we will be forced to discontinue their service and there will be a $35 service fee.
Forms Of Payment Accepted
All services must be paid at the time of service. We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash, and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
Loc Extension Policy
All extensions must be new, free of dirt and thread. You must arrive with your hair as specified at your consultation. We are not responsible for hair loss due to extensions taken out and removed outside of Glory by Nature, LLC. If you require coloring services for your extensions, hair must be sent to the salon prior to your services unless otherwise stated.
Clients who fail to show for appointments will be charged full service price before resuming any services at Glory by Nature, LLC, and may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
Refund of Hair Services
Glory by Nature, LLC always provides the best quality service to our standards and skill set. Therefore, there will be no refunds under any circumstance. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we will discuss an outcome at your time of service. Alternate styling will not exceed the cost of your service rendered and will be performed at your time of service, unless service time interferes with the next guest. Leaving Glory by Nature deems you satisfied with service.
Rescheduling of Services
Services can be rescheduled independently by logging into your appointment account. Rescheduling must be done before the 24 hour mark, and based on open availability. If there is not available appointments, you will be placed on the waiting list of appointments. If not done before the 24 hour mark, your appointment deposit will be forfeited. You are also allowed to reschedule your appointment up to 2 times within 30 days. After the second reschedule and/or 30 days, your appointment deposit will be forfeited and new deposit will be required to book another deposit.
Glory by Nature ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. Normal order processing can take between 4-7 business days (Monday – Friday). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. International shipping available.
In order for SisterlocksTM to be uniform in appearance and remain strong and healthy, we must form a partnership. This partnership means agreeing to be consistent with retightening appointments, following post appointment instructions, and using recommended SisterlocksTM products, exclusively. Glory by Nature LLC, will not be responsible for any hair results that are taken on the outside of Consultant instruction. Hair and scalp must be clean before each service, unless otherwise stated by your Consultant. If your locks are soiled in oils or products not recommended by your Consultant, we have the right to refuse or discontinue your services. SisterlocksTM are an oil-free hair care system. Loc Prosthesis Services
All custom prosthetic services require a 50% deposit to be made when hair is received or delivered. You have 3 days from the receipt of hair to make deposit via PAYPAL, in-person, or by credit card over the phone. The remaining balance will be collected at pick-up or prior to mailing of unit.
No alcohol is allowed at Glory by Nature under any circumstances.
For everyone's enjoyment and health, Glory by Nature is a non-smoking environment.
Food and Beverage
During COVID and our new regulated guidelines, beverages, sandwiches, meals, etc are not permitted in the salon area during the time of service. You will be permitted to indulge in meals before services or during breaks to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all clients.
