VIP Booking Activation Fee

Service Description

Becoming a part of the VIP Book Club is a great way to make your appointment life easier! No more setting timers for the new month to open! No more waiting lists! You can have an appointment each month, worry free*!  How it works: 1. Sign-up by downloading the pre-authorization VIP Booking Club form. 2. Turn in the form, with $125 activation fee.** 3. Each month, after your 1st 6 months, you will be billed the appointment deposit to secure for the following month. 3. Be on your way to a worry free appointments. You can stop and start at any time! *Appointments are currently only on a month to month basis. Please be sure to specify in the notes which days/times works best for you on the form. If an appointment has to be rescheduled, we will fit you into the next available date. **The activation fee includes (6) appointment deposits & the authorization card fee, valued at $185. Your reoccurring billing will start the month after your 6th month on the day you signed up for club. Every month on the 10th you will receive a confirmation email for the next months appointment. If there is a conflict in schedule, please notify me before the 14th of the month. To pay the activation fee, visit the Book Now page, click the VIP tab and select VIP Booking Activation Fee. Activation fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives ample time to be able to schedule another appointment. Cancelations under 24 hours are deemed as a "no show." (exeptions to emergencies) NO SHOW - Clients who fail to show or call for appointments will be charged full price before resuming any services at Glory by Nature, LLC, and may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
